Drawing from an extensive history of developing and building for sale homes to heavily amenitized semi-custom active adult communities, JCCG transitioned to solely developing and constructing BTR communities in 2018. Since 2021, JCCG has completed and sold six communities totaling over 1,300 units to institutional ownership. JCCG maintains an active development and construction pipeline of 10-15 communities with over 3,100 homes generally with institutional clients.
